Chocolate Buche de Noel (gluten free)


Our classic Chocolate Buche de Noel is a customer favorite! Our gluten-free chocolate sponge cake is rolled with whipped dark chocolate ganache, topped with chocolate glaze and a gluten free cocoa streusel.

Serves 6-8.


Buche de Noel must be refrigerated and then taken out about 30-60 minutes before serving. It is best enjoyed at room temperature. To serve, run a large knife under hot water and dry with a towel before every slice. Store leftover cake in an airtight container, where it will keep up to 3 days refrigerated
