Black Sesame Vanilla Matcha Buche de Noel
A new Buche de Noel for this holiday season! It's our modern take on a holiday classic, that pays homage to the flavors loved by the PNW.
Our Buche de Noel is a luscious combination of black sesame sponge cake, vanilla jasmine chantilly, ginger caramel and matcha.
Buche de Noel must be refrigerated and then taken out about 30-60 minutes before serving. It is best enjoyed at room temperature. To serve, run a large knife under hot water and dry with a towel before every slice. Store leftover cake in an airtight container, where it will keep up to 3 days refrigerated
